Arkady grew up in St. Louis, MO and graduated with B.S. degree in Hotel Business Administration from University of Nevada, Las Vegas and later he received an M.B.A. degree in business from University of Phoenix.
In 2006, Arkady moved to South Florida where he lives with his wife Elena and their two beautiful daughters.
